Job Description

We are searching somebody for a fixed-term contract for around 14 months. 

Purpose of the job is ownership of ENA PPC/ Paid Search/ SEA and Metasearch channels for the hub, being accountable for delivery and reporting of these channels and collaborate with Global teams on acquisition levers and acquisition projects.

MAIN COMPLEXITY/ CRITICAL ISSUES IN THE JOB:

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Significant coordination required with eCommerce, marketing, global teams, partners and agencies.
  • Analytical Requirements: Ability to analyse complex data, develop new approaches, and implement action plans.

TASKS/ MAIN ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • Set up and adapt campaigns based on flows, demand, and destination needs. Implement specific action plans in collaboration with eCommerce and marketing teams.
  • Monitor, track, report, and present on paid search and metasearch performance in meetings and on an ad-hoc basis, developing relevant action plans when needed.
  • Manage and optimize attributed marketing budgets, ensuring spend drives positive ROI and that fees are collected (where applicable).
  • Collaborate and liaise with global teams/ agencies to optimize marketing campaigns for all channels under your responsibility.
  • Suggest optimization through A/B testing and participate in pilot tests with the Global team/ agencies.
  • Closely collaborate with agencies on performance metrics and strategies, focusing on hub-specific KPIs.
  • Coordinate with publishers on improvements in PPC/ Metasearch approaches, staying updated on newly launched PPC & Metasearch solutions and formats.
  • Evaluate publisher recommendations and identify appropriate strategies relevant to the region.​

Qualifications

  • Strong commercial acumen and results-oriented, data-driven approach.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and report generation.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments with a deadline-driven focus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in analytics tools will be an added value: PowerBi, Tableau, GA.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Minimum 3 years’ eCommerce experience, preferably in PPC or Metasearch, and/ or in travel/ hospitality industry.
  • Language requirement: English.
