We are seeking a Head of Brand and Marketing to lead and empower our talented Creative and Digital Marketing teams. This leader will play a critical role in managing cross-functional teams that deliver exceptional work to our clients. From Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Copywriters to CRM Managers and SEO Specialists, you’ll oversee diverse talent, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for developing teams, crafting processes, and scaling operations in an agency-like environment. You must be able to zoom into the details when needed to resolve challenges while maintaining a big-picture perspective to guide growth and excellence.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of creatives and marketing specialists, ensuring alignment with client goals and Keen's vision.
  • Build and refine team workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration across creative, marketing, and client-facing projects.
  • Create a culture that empowers team members to deliver their best work while fostering professional growth.

Brand Strategy & Creative Direction

  • Refine the strategic direction of Keen’s client projects, quality ensuring our team’s outputs align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Oversee creative development, ensuring high-quality execution across visual, written, and multimedia assets.
  • Act as the creative and strategic champion, guiding our teams through innovative solutions tailored to their needs.

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Conceptualize and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring the successful execution of strategies across platforms such as CRM, UIUX, graphic design, social media channels, SEO, and more.
  • Collaborate with our teams and client stakeholders to translate goals into actionable plans.

Process Optimization & Scalability

  • Audit, build and implement scalable systems and processes that support growth and improve efficiency across the Creative and Marketing teams.
  • Ensure teams are equipped with the tools, resources, and training necessary for success in a fast-paced environment.

Client Success & Collaboration

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on goals, share insights, and elevate Keen’s offerings.

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or creative leadership roles, with at least 4 years managing cross departmental teams in an agency or client-service environment.
  • Proven expertise in creative direction, brand strategy, and digital marketing execution.
  • A deep understanding of marketing channels, including CRM, social media, content marketing, and paid and non-paid marketing.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
  • A track record of team building, interviewing skills, and a passion for expanding company culture.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building collaborative, high-performing teams.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to think big-picture while managing details effectively.
  • Experience working with global clients especially in the US. EU/UK also a plus.
