In this role, you'll be leading and implementing innovative self-directed programs that adhere to the best practices and evidence-based models, all while ensuring fiscal viability. Collaborate with a dynamic team to execute strategic approaches to performance management, maintaining a supportive environment for all employees. By conducting Personal Outcome Measures (POM) Interviews, you'll guide individuals in exploring their personal goals and enhancing community integration. Your expertise in developing, evaluating, and growing programs will be pivotal in securing new funding sources and maintaining those positive relationships with community partners. Your fiscal acuity will shine as you prepare budgets and oversee expenditures for various programs. This position requires at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant human services field, with a preferred Master’s degree. Ideally, you’ll bring along 5+ years of leadership experience in human services, particularly in working with older adults and individuals with disabilities. Proficiency in GSuite and Excel is essential, alongside a valid Driver’s License for any local travel required.
