Join Our Talent Pool – Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS)

We are expanding our Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) team and are looking to connect with passionate, skilled professionals for current and future opportunities. If you have experience or interest in smart building technologies, automation, and energy management, we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for candidates who meet some or all of the following criteria, depending on the role:

  • Educational Background in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering fields.
  • Relevant experience (1–10+ years) in one or more areas of IBMS: Design, Estimation, Sales, Application Engineering, Project Execution, Commissioning, or Operations.
  • Knowledge of BMS systems and protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX, LonWorks, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with BMS platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Schneider, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Trane, Delta Controls, etc.) is a plus.
  • Understanding of building automation, HVAC systems, energy efficiency, and integration with security, lighting, and fire systems.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and BOQs (especially for Design & Estimation roles).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills – especially for Sales, Application, and Project Management roles.
  • Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites as per job requirements.
  • Team player mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
