The Senior Director of Product Marketing will lead and elevate our product marketing efforts to drive us to our next stage of growth. This role requires a hands-on, strategic leader who can bring clarity to go-to-market strategies, deliver compelling messaging, and create impactful enablement materials to support sales and other customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate will have experience fostering a culture of excellence while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
This role requires a strong leader with B2B software experience, startup expertise, and a proven history of scaling high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product marketing team, instilling best practices and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Oversee the development of clear, compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates our products in the market, resonates with our target audiences, and communicates our unique value proposition.
- Stay on top of industry trends, market needs, and competitor movements, and integrate insights into our product marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies that maximize product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate the success of product marketing initiatives and ensure accountability across the team.
- Lead efforts to create or redefine market categories where necessary, ensuring differentiation and thought leadership.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with customer needs, market conditions, and business goals.
- Partner with the broader marketing team to create integrated campaigns that effectively communicate our value propositions.
Your Profile
- 10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B software, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in taking an early-stage B2B software company through periods of rapid growth and success.
- Proven track record of creating impactful messaging, positioning, and sales enablement strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams.
- Ability to distill complex technical concepts into simple, compelling messaging and materials.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing and scaling high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
