We’re looking for an experienced communications and outreach specialist like you who is ready to share your knowledge and willing to win for the client and live our mission every day.As an outreach and engagements communications specialist, you’ll support a fast-paced government client as a member of a thriving team. You'll provide a range of communications support, from strategic communications planning to execution. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around developing large-scale outreach and marketing campaigns designed to engage under-represented universities and colleges with advanced research programs. In that vein, you'll plan and execute related campaign events from start to finish, including creating all outreach materials in collaboration with our graphic designer, scheduling and staffing outreach events, and developing contacts in the target academic institutions.When not engaged in targeted outreach activities, you'll support the client with other communications activities, including drafting and editing a variety of communications materials and products such as talking points, leadership communications, marketing copy, newsletter content, and web site content. The world can’t wait.You Have: • 5+ years of experience with the Intelligence Community• Experience with communications planning, message writing, public outreach, and marketing campaigns• Experience engaging with or directly supporting under-represented universities, colleges, or community groups• Ability to work with senior leaders, respond to changing priorities, and adapt writing style to meet the needs of audiences at various levels• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph• Bachelor's degreeNice If You Have: • Experience with consulting, including government consulting• Experience running large-scale marketing or change communications campaigns• Knowledge of content management systems, including Joomla and WordPress• Knowledge of client communications channels and vehicles• Master's degreeClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
