What You'll Contribute
As Senior Manager, Marketing Data Analytics you will be responsible for leading the analytics strategy for our email and direct mail campaigns, driving data-driven decision-making, and optimizing our marketing efforts to achieve business goals. You will collaborate with marketing stakeholders and deliver ad hoc performance analyses, create proactive strategic recommendations, design and measure A/B tests, produce performance forecasts, and present results to various audiences. The scope of analyses will include all facets of email and direct mail performance from audience segmentation through to conversion.
What You'll Do
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc. and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Segmenting email lists based on various criteria to target specific audiences more effectively.
Identifying areas for improvement in email campaigns and implementing changes to enhance performance.
Design and measure A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Creating detailed reports on email campaign performance and presenting insights to stakeholders to inform future strategies.
Prepare and present story telling presentations to stakeholders including senior management.
Produce monthly reforecasts.
Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to segment audiences and personalize campaigns.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email and direct mail marketing.

What you have
Minimum education, skills and experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics.
Proven track record of leading successful email analytics projects.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a passion for data and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
