Responsibilities 

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of our global GTM Enablement New Hire Onboarding team, including its strategy and execution.

  • Proactively identify and own team initiatives that achieve Deel’s business outcomes related to onboarding  across SDRs, AEs, AMs, OBMs, and CSMs.

  • Enable your team and Deel to track observable and measurable learning and evaluation outcomes in line with agreed business needs.

  • Leverage data and analysis to define, track, and improve the overall New Hire Onboarding program and output of your team.

  • Engage with and understand the stakeholders and audiences of your New Hire Onboarding team to ensure that your teams and their programs meet their ongoing needs.

  • Develop and maintain standards, templates, and guidelines for onboarding materials to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Lead change management efforts to implement new onboarding strategies and communicate updates effectively across the organization.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in onboarding enablement, and learning technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

  • Provide feedback and coaching to support your team's continuous development. 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a GTM Enablement, New Hire Onboarding, Learning and Development role or similar. 

  • 3+ years experience managing people across multiple teams. 

  • Keen understanding of the GTM audience from SDRs to Sales to Onboarding and Customer Success

  • Training or a degree in relevant areas such as learning and development.

  • Passion for learning and inspiring others to do the same.

  • Extensive experience with process design and monitoring, project management and project collaboration tools.

  • Can coach and provide feedback to senior team members, collaborators, and stakeholders.

  • Can demonstrate creative problem-solving and innovative use of resources and tools.

  • Can work independently as a thought leader with a high level of situational awareness, uses own initiative to identify problems and find solutions.

  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize and balance dynamic and conflicting demands under the pressure of deadlines.

  • Results-driven and entrepreneurial with a consistent track record of 'getting it done' as a leader while able to dive into the weeds of a dynamic environment.

  • Extensive experience working in the fast-paced technology sector.
