Home Health Full time RN (Sign-On Bonus)

As a Home Health Full-time RN, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care in patients' homes according to a physician's plan of care. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and manage individualized care plans and evaluate patient progress by reviewing services with patients, families, and care coordinators. You will also perform PRN visits as necessary and be available for on-call duties approximately every 3-4 weeks.

To qualify for the Home Health Full-time RN role, you must hold a valid Registered Nurse License in Texas and have at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in home health. Additional experience with the Kinser/Wellsky system is advantageous. Candidates should also possess valid Texas driver’s license and current auto liability insurance and maintain CPR certification.
