What will a day could involve:  

• Manage and deliver local transport and road projects from strategy to detailed design and delivery for  projects. 
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and assist in project delivery across various sectors. 
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, designers, and drafters; collaborate across engineering disciplines. 
• Apply civil engineering expertise to contribute to project design and delivery in diverse markets. 
• Lead client-facing projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. 
• Develop project leadership and design management skills while influencing office culture.

What are we looking for from you?   

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, CPEng or working towards it. 
• Working knowledge of transport infrastructure design principles and Australian standards (e.g. Austroads Guide to Road Design)
• Approx 12+ years experience delivering transport/road projects in a multi-disciplinary consultancy  
• Project management experience including client engagement, proposals, and design management. 
• Strong engineering judgement with experience leading design and development.
