About the Role:
- Responsible for building and managing your own pipeline of affiliate prospects.
- Lead affiliate partner relationships end-to-end, including outreach, scoping, negotiations, launching, and ongoing relationship management.
- Manage, iterate, and optimize Novo’s affiliate partnerships strategy, growing our existing partnerships and recruiting new partners.
- Develop a strong working relationship with new and existing affiliate partners to meet monthly and quarterly performance goals.
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenue.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Product, and Product Marketing teams to identify and engage potential partner categories to grow Novo’s reach.
- Implement new performance initiatives and processes, developing new content, resources, and rescoping of additional product offerings.
- Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers for affiliate partners.
Requirements for the Role:
- 3-5 years experience in managing affiliate marketing programs in a high growth industry.
- Must be a tenacious self-starter who takes initiative and exudes confidence.
- Experience pitching to and closing deals with prospects while managing existing partner relationships.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work cross functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to evaluate opportunities from strategic and operational perspectives, driving incremental improvement across affiliate programming.
- Comfortable utilizing technical tools (e.g., Excel, data analytics tools) and a desire to further develop this skill set.
- Experience managing programs through Impact
- High EQ and attention to detail, collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical groups.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under minimal guidance.
- Strategic and adaptable thinker and executor; ability to shift from big picture to tactical execution and adapt both to changing priorities.
- Strong team player with excellent track record of success.

Salary Range (NYC): $113,000 - 130,000 annualized salary. This range is not inclusive of discretionary bonus or equity package, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. The range for this same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of New York City.
