How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As we accelerate our activities related to the energy transition and embark on a series of new projects, we're expanding our Civil & Structural team and are seeking a skilled Civil & Structural Lead Engineer to join us. This role will report to the Head of Civil & Structural, and will be based in Kraków.

Leading a team of civil and structural engineers in-house.
Leading a team of 3rd party (external) civil and structural engineers outside of AL premises.
Ensuring quality of engineering documents and material supply according to contract requirements.
Providing realistic and reliable forecasts on man-hour consumption, quantities, cost, achievement of milestones and freezing dates.
Managing man-hour consumption, quantities, cost, achievement of milestones and freezing dates and deviations.

Are you a MATCH?

Must already be legally eligible to work in Poland.
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and structural engineering.
Drafting and designing roles in the projects in the area of preparation of calculations and drawings for foundations, buildings and structural steel.
Knowledge of AutoCAD.
Professional license, knowledge of software such as Autodesk Robot software, Tekla, Aveva or Smart Plant will be an advantage.
Minimum basic knowledge of geotechnical aspects - understanding of soil conditions, ability to check soil reports.
Experience in onshore oil and gas civil and structural design will be an advantage.
English - very good in speaking and writing.
