Lead People Partner (f/m/d)

We are looking for Lead People Partners who will be on the forefront of establishing HR Business Partnering as a strategic pillar in their respective division (Technology, Customer or Shared Business Services). The ideal candidate will have significant impact on topics like strategic org planning, performance management or leadership development. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Implement strategic HR initiatives and consult leaders (VP or C Level) in your respective division 

  • Improve existing HR processes and policies 

  • Partner with the business to identify improvement areas such as Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Leadership Development 

  • Use HR KPI and analytics to drive decisions and monitor impact 

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to ensure a streamlined employee life cycle 

  • Mentor Junior People Partners in the team 

Your profile:

  • Relevant experience in strategic HR or HR leadership roles, ideally in a fast growing (Tech) company 

  • Ability to partner with relevant business functions, for example Technology or Sales 

  • Proven success in implementing HR initiatives (hands on) to achieve strategic business goals 

  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills 

  • Ability to interact with leaders at all levels through excellent communication skills and data driven analytical thinking
