We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pre-Sales Engineer for our vertical team for the financial services industry (FSI) to join our dynamic team. As the PreSales Engineer FSI at Aleph Alpha, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that deliver business value and highlight our unique value proposition. You will collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure seamless integration of client requirements into our product offerings.
Act as the technical expert during pre-sales engagements, explaining the functionality and business benefits of our solutions
Collaborate closely with the FSI sales team to understand client requirements and position our products effectively
Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors' offerings and articulate our product differentiators
Create and deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations showcasing the technical capabilities and advantages of our solutions
Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, addressing client inquiries and concerns
Collaborate with the product team to align client requirements with product capabilities
Degree in Computer science, business or a related field
Experience in technical pre-sales or a similar role within the AI/tech industry
Profound understanding of AI technology and its practical applications
Strong analytical skills to assess and articulate competitive advantages
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
