Our Network Technicians work out of our Data Center, providing onsite and remote maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for computer hardware and software issues. Key responsibilities include managing help desk tickets, performing preventative maintenance, and providing support for various operating systems and software. The specialist will also create user accounts, monitor network health, ensure data backups, and maintain network security. Staying current with IT trends and maintaining records of system installations and modifications are essential.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing, maintaining, and repairing computer and network systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting tools and techniques, as well as critical thinking skills, are required. Preferred qualifications include certifications like CompTIA Network+ or Security+ and experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, JavaScript, or C#. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams are also important.
