Join our world-class team of empathetic, enthusiastic, and creative people who can work on some of the toughest big data problems.About the Role:As an SDR at Alluxio, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales pipeline. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will identify, qualify, and connect with potential customers. You will leverage cutting-edge tools and creative outreach strategies to ensure high-quality engagement, setting the foundation for our account executives to deliver tailored solutions.Key Responsibilities• Pre-qualify inbound leads to identify fit within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).• Confirm the lead's alignment with target personas.• Engage with leads via email and phone to understand: use case, timing, budget• Schedule first sales meetings between the lead and account executive (AE).• Research and prospect target accounts to build a robust pipeline.• Craft and execute personalized email sequences.• Qualify interested prospects by identifying:Use caseTimingBudgetSchedule initial meetings between prospects and AEs.• Support marketing campaigns by generating awareness and participation, including: scheduling meetings for conferences or field events, driving attendance for webinars and meetups.Qualifications• 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative in a technology-based company.• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.• Ability to evolve and adapt your approach by tracking results with data-driven insights.• Enthusiasm for identifying and connecting with prospects.• Comfort with CRM and scheduling tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Calendly.• Experience with prospecting tools like: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.• A team-oriented mindset with a focus on results.Why Join Alluxio?• Be part of a world-class team dedicated to solving some of the toughest challenges in big data.• Work in a dynamic and innovative environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.• Enjoy a collaborative culture that values empathy, enthusiasm, and creativity.Alluxio is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. All candidates will also receive equity (stock options) and access to a comprehensive benefits package. The base salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for candidates across all US locations. The specific compensation awarded will be based on factors such as work location, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
