Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction
  • Develop strategic account plans to ensure client growth and retention
  • Monitor and report on account performance, identifying areas for growth
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations for clients
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients as needed

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
