Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, assisting clients with product and service-related questions, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the best solution
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient problem resolution
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships
Provide general administrative support to the customer service team
Assist in identifying trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience in a customer service or support role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Comfortable using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
