Property Soar is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute a variety of corporate and client-focused events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects with precision. Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of company and client events, from concept to execution

  • Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, vendors, equipment, and schedules

  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and post-event evaluations

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and partners

  • Ensure events align with the company’s vision and service standards

  • Prepare and manage event materials, promotional tools, and guest communications
