We are currently seeking a Front Office Representative to join our team in Saint Louis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, responsible for creating a positive and professional impression. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage front desk operations including scheduling, receiving mail, and handling inquiries
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Assist with administrative support and data entry when needed
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication
Handle basic clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document preparation
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness

Proven experience in a front desk or administrative support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
