As a Product Manager at Amartha, you'll be at the forefront of solving customer challenges and sculpting innovative solutions that resonate with our users. You'll collaborate with a talented team of Product Managers, Engineers, UX Designers, and Data Specialists to bring our product visions to life. Your day-to-day will involve deeply understanding customer experiences, identifying product gaps, and brainstorming fresh ideas to enhance user satisfaction while driving growth. It’s essential for you to gain buy-in for product vision across various teams and external partners. You will have the autonomy to translate high-level strategies into actionable tasks, scoping priorities based on what impacts our users and business most. Plus, you'll lead the charge on product launches, working closely alongside PR and executives to amplify our message. Your insights will be critical as you analyze feature performance, conduct research, and stay ahead of market trends, all to refine and optimize our offerings. We're looking for individuals with at least two years in product management, a knack for agile development, and a proactive attitude to excel in this challenging yet rewarding role. With your excellent communication skills and problem-solving prowess, you'll not only embrace the entrepreneurial spirit but also cultivate a dynamic atmosphere at Amartha that thrives on collaboration and innovation.
