Reporting directly to the Head of Funding, you’ll work closely with our Premium Lender team to formulate action plans geared towards surpassing revenue and customer acquisition goals. You’ll actively seek out new customers while nurturing existing relationships, ensuring that every client feels valued and supported throughout their financial journey. Keeping a pulse on P2P regulations and market shifts will help you provide informed advice, while your strong communication and negotiation skills will shine as you guide clients toward their optimal funding options. If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, coupled with at least 3 years of experience in banking, P2P, or financial services, this could be your next great adventure.
