DescriptionAre you passionate to help Sellers build stronger brands that Customers love? Are you passionate about using data to help shape roadmaps that enable brands to stand out to customers? If you like taking bold bets, working in an ambiguous space, and delivering new innovations that help brands on Amazon, this is the job for you!The Brand Building team is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will lead the identification, correlation and automation of key brand success data and metrics that enable Brand Owners to grow and build successful brands within the Amazon Store. This role will partner with stakeholders across multiple BX programs, Ads and Retail to help shape product roadmaps and drive data driven decisions.Key job responsibilitiesKey job responsibilities• Identify data sources and correlate key business metrics for internal and customer facing brand success framework and measurement needs.• Own the design, development, automation and maintenance of core metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards that help stakeholders reach data driven conclusions and influences product roadmaps.• Lead the development of inputs and new channel expansion for the BX attribution model that identifies high value seller actions driven across multiple channels.• Ensure timely and accurate brand success program weekly reporting.• Update existing and create new metrics and reporting that help drive business conclusions, continually improving reporting and analysis processes.• Use active listening skills intuitively to communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner to stakeholders.About The TeamOur vision is to help Selling Partners (SPs) in any Brand building stage to strengthen their Brands, delivering higher Customer satisfaction, and attaining greater Brand awareness. We educate Brands, build tools and CX that truly measure, and optimize Brand performance. We also enable partner teams to drive towards Brand building through shared goal, metrics, and Brand insight.Basic Qualifications• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience• 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience• 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience• Bachelor's degree or equivalent• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights• Experience with Excel• Experience with SQL• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications• Experience in marketing or advertising.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143,100/year in our highest geographic market.
