DescriptionJoin our team as a Senior Technical Product Manager and drive the development of cutting-edge Generative AI/ML Platforms and GenAI experiences for our global customers. In this role, you will have end-to-end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver innovative solutions.You will be part of the Customer Experience & Automation Tech (CXA) team within Device, Digital & Alexa Support (D2AS) org, where we create best-in-class self-service automation experiences across voice and chat channels.
