Amentum is seeking a Production Control Supervisor for the Las Vegas area.Purpose and Scope:Oversees all aspects of work reception, work processing, planning, scheduling and work closeout. Ensures operations are consistent and quality customer service is provided to both internal and external customers. Provides direct oversight of Service Order Dispatchers, Schedulers and Buyers.Essential Responsibilities:• Manage AFF 332, Base Civil Engineer Work Request to include coordination, requirement validation, deliverables, documentation, scheduling, close out capitalization.• Provide overall direction to Production Control staff.• Administer the Work Order Review Board (WORB).• Schedules meetings, prepare presentations, brief work status, and facilitate accomplishment of short suspense customer directed priorities.• Compile data, generate and submit monthly, quarterly, annual reports in accordance with contract data requirements list (CDRL). Ensure reports are timely, accurate, and complete.• Serve as primary interface for Work Management issues between site organizations, RSSII Operations and government agencies.• Monitor work cost expenditures, perform analytical studies of cost performance identifying trends and work efficiencies to departmental leadership.• Maintenance and upkeep of the Maximo work order file system.• Work closely with Asset Management Specialist to ensure Preventive Maintenance Records, Assets and Job Plans are updated and created as needed.• Coordinates with the Real Property Manager to ensure records are updated at the completion of projects.• Develop desk guides, procedures and provide training to new employees to ensure consistent operations at all locations.• May participate in facility walk downs and collect relevant data to refine existing data in Maximo.• Actively participates in activities to help promote a safe work environment and routinely perform safety observations.Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:• High School diploma or equivalent.• Six (6) years’ experience in Air Force Civil Engineering Work Management Processes with two (2) year supervisory experience.• In depth understanding of Air Force CE terminology, AFI’s, Regulations and manuals.• Must qualify for and maintain a government Top Secret security clearance.• Must possess a valid state issued driver’s license.• Must have a minimum of two years of experience using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), preferably IBM Maximo.Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:Typical office, warehouse or similar environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness. Must possess planning/organizing skills and must be able to work under deadlines.
