 The Technology Business Enablement (TBE) organization sits under the Enterprise Platform & Technology Business Enablement. The Technology Business Enablement strives for predictability, transparency, and efficiency through best-in-class enablers including Technology Portfolio Management, Value Co-Creation, Technology Workforce, and Technology Talent Excellence. With 200+ colleagues and contractors, TBE’s success is founded in the efficiency of organizational processes and operations. 

 As our Technology organization continues to evolve, so too must our talent strategy. The Vice President, Technology Workforce will be instrumental in how we look to transform and evolve our multi-year technology workforce strategy to meet the delivery needs of our global organization powered by the best talent, while enabling ongoing governance of the workforce strategy. Defining and evolving our long-term workforce vision and guiding principles is critical to ensuring we have the right talent in the right place, with the right skills at the right time while having an optimized global cost structure. 

In partnership with the Technology Talent Excellence leader, the Portfolio Leadership team, and partners in Technology Finance, this leader will continue the transformation of action orientated insights and a data driven approach in the workforce aspirations are achieved. It is an exciting time to join the Technology team as tooling capabilities are enhanced, processes are defined, and TBE works as one unified team transforming how we operate today. 

Key Responsibilities Include: 

  • Lead the strategy forward and partner with senior executive leaders to provide an end-to-end systematic process of analyzing, forecasting, and planning their workforce needs and providing action orientated insights; defining and establishing the overarching workforce strategy and governance model. 
  • Generate a holistic Technology wide talent view by location and role type in collaboration with our internal stakeholders to maximize talent pipelines. 
  • Determining the supply and demand resourcing needs that will inform future workforce and talent needs for the organization to power business outcomes. 
  • Deliver the multiyear Technology real estate needs through modelling and collaboration with Global Real Estate & Workplace Experience (GREWE). 
  • Partner closely with Technology Finance and other related Technology transformation programs to ensure consistency in data usage and reporting. 
  • Supporting the identification of talent management interventions based on their needs – such as having the right people with the right skills in the right places. 
  • Use external bench marking data to identify solutions and drive talent recommendations. 
  • Develop and manage OKRs and KPIs to track progress, use data to pivot and always improve customer satisfaction. 
  • Accountable for the workforce tooling transformation driving efficiencies, automation and self-service capabilities for team and stakeholders.  

Experience & Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree along with Strategic Workforce Planning experience is required 
  • Strong analytics experience is essential - with the ability to draw conclusions and make inferences from the data 
  • 8-10 years of experience working in either Technology, Human Resources, or Consulting, or closely partnering with Technology is a plus 
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills required, including experience with senior stakeholder management 
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing teams and colleagues 
  • Highly organized with experience running large scale transformational programs 
  • Experience working with external third parties and building strong relationships 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to develop measurable goals to track success 
  • Ability to utilize Industry trends and external perspectives to make meaningful recommendations to senior leadership

Salary Range: $210,000.00 to $300,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
