Purpose and Objective
AMIRI is looking for a talented Operations Manager for its Rodeo Drive retail store! The AMIRI Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all things operations-related in the location, including but not limited to: Inventory Control, Health & Safety Training, Shipping/Receiving, Auditing, etc. In partnership with Corporate Retail Operations, this role is key to keeping the store operationally compliant by ensuring processes/SOPs are followed.

As our Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational heartbeat of our store. Your responsibilities will include everything from inventory control to health and safety training, ensuring that our processes and standard operating procedures are meticulously followed. You’ll lead all store inventories, manage stock adjustments, and oversee shipping and receiving to ensure the smooth movement of our exclusive merchandise. We pride ourselves on creating an organized and efficient back of house space, and your expertise will help keep it that way. In this role, you’ll also serve as the Store Safety Lead, training staff on compliance with operational policies and leading the charge in safety training. We believe in fostering a strong team environment, so you'll partner closely with our General Manager and other leaders to create schedules and manage the attendance of our operations team. With a minimum of three years of leadership experience in a luxury setting under your belt, you'll bring your outstanding communication skills and proficiency in technology to AMIRI.
