Regional Director, Outreach

The Regional Director of Outreach is responsible for overseeing outreach and patient engagement efforts across a designated region, including Texas, Missouri, Kentucky, and Kansas, while directly performing the role of Lead Outreach Coordinator in one of these markets. This position involves both leadership and tactical responsibilities, combining outreach coordination and community liaison duties with strategic patient acquisition efforts to foster strong relationships and drive brand awareness. This position does require travel up to 40% of the time to ensure assigned markets are supported such as MO, KY, and TX. #IND


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, community outreach, sales, marketing, or patient advocacy is preferred.
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with healthcare programs and benefits, particularly the DEEOIC program, is preferred.
  • Ability to travel within and outside of the local market area being directly supervised.


Responsibilities
  • Regional Leadership and Supervision
  • Supervise and support Market Leads in Missouri, Kentucky and Texas to include up to 6 leads in total.
  • Ensure adherence to performance metrics and quality standards across the region.
  • Work directly and collaborate with the Director of Marketing to successfully execute and support all regional marketing initiatives across entire region.
  • Conduct bi-weekly meetings with Market Leads to discuss performance, feedback, and operational updates.
  • Coordinate closely with Vice President – Growth, Director of Circle of Excellence (CoE) and Manager of Patient Development University (PDU) to ensure that fulfillment of intakes and communication of value proposition and follow-up required thereafter is achieved.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to ensure consistent and effective outreach and community liaison strategies across region.

  • Market Lead - Outreach Coordination and Community Liaison
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient communication, outreach and support in any new markets opened from time to time.
  • Work directly and collaborate with the Director of Marketing to successfully execute and support all local marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct outreach efforts to attract potential patients, complete intakes, and provide ongoing updates and check-ins.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and outcomes.
  • Generate reports on outreach efforts, patient engagement metrics, and local community liaison performance.

  • Patient Engagement and Relationship Building
  • Conduct face-to-face visits with patients in their homes and other locations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current patients and those seeking to transition out of GHHC care.
  • Respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and compliments promptly, documenting all correspondence.

  • Community Engagement
  • Support and facilitate execution and engagement of comprehensive community involvement strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and Vice President -Growth.
  • Coordinate regional and attend local patient appreciation events, senior fairs, and other community events and activities.
  • Build and maintain regional and local connections with unions, community organizations, and other stakeholders.

  • Communication and Collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with care team members regarding patient issues and resolutions.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents to support care team updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns and initiatives.

  • Operational Support
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient documents and files.
  • Utilize negotiation and conflict resolution skills to address issues as they arise.
  • Support project planning for patient events and activities, contributing to a positive patient experience.

  • Metrics, Compliance and Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regional and local team metrics including quarterly patient calls, home visits, and satisfaction surveys.
  • Perform red flag home visits based on priority levels in coordination with regional and local community liaisons.
  • Conduct or provide support to permit face-to-face home visits within 24 hours of notification for all outgoing patient transfers.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of patient outreach, marketing initiatives, and overall program delivery.
