This program is designed for sophomores and serves as a direct pipeline to our Summer 2026 Actuarial Intern opportunities!At the end of the program, selected mentees will have the opportunity to be fast-tracked to a final round interview for consideration for our intern program. While the mentor program is virtual, candidates should select location preferences that are aligned with their interests for Summer 2026 internship opportunities.Skills and experience that will lead to successWe're looking for collaborators, critical thinkers, problem solvers, excellent teammates, effective communicators, relationship builders, and future leaders.Education: Preferred Majors in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related.
