Hybrid Customer Service Recovery Agent

We are seeking a skilled Hybrid Customer Service Recovery Agent to join our team in a hybrid role. You’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely resolution of bank returned items, delivering top-notch customer service while mitigating risk to the company.
