Our mission is to implement AI RegTech solutions that reshape the status quo, and as an IT Administrator, you’ll play a key role in developing quality AI products and scaling our award-winning SaaS platform. You’ll provide Level 1 and 2 support for Windows-based user systems, managing user accounts and permissions in Google Workspace and Microsoft Azure. Troubleshooting is just part of your day as you tackle hardware, software, and network issues across various devices. You'll also lend your hand to IT projects like system rollouts and hardware upgrades while documenting technical issues meticulously. With a focus on security and efficiency, you’ll be responsible for patch management, IT hardware inventory, and assisting with ISO27001 and DORA audits.
