Read on.What you'll do:We are seeking a skilled Influencer Marketing Manager to drive impactful campaigns and partnerships that build brand awareness, engagement, and trip growth. This role will focus on managing influencer initiatives while also supporting broader business needs as required. The ideal candidate is an exceptional project manager with strong cross-functional communication skills, data fluency, and a creative mindset to successfully execute influencer strategies and creative deliverables.Responsibilities:• Engage, and manage relationship with influencer marketing agencies• Support the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including influencer sourcing, creative briefing, execution, and performance analysis.• Support influencer initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.• Manage timelines and resources across influencer programs, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.• Collaborate with data, creative, and content teams to ensure influencer campaigns align with brand messaging and performance goals.• Develop clear and concise creative briefs for influencer campaigns and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.• Measure and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (engagement, ROI, conversions, etc.) and present actionable insights to optimize future efforts.• Provide post-campaign reports with data-driven recommendations for improvement.• Support broader marketing and business needs, contributing to cross-functional initiatives as required like new product launches.• Engage with cross-functional business partners to foster collaboration and ensure that influencer initiatives align with company-wide strategies and objectives.• Review and interpret data from creator content and performance metrics to derive actionable insights that drive continuous improvement in influencer marketing initiatives.Required Qualifications:• 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or content-driven campaigns with a strong foundation in business, strategy, digital marketing, and consumer data.• Expert problem solver who can "roll up their sleeves" to break a problem down into its component parts and develop action plans.• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience briefing and collaborating with influencers, content creators, and creative teams.• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and using insights for optimization.• Exceptional communication skills for cross functional collaboration• Proficiency in influencer management tools, reporting platforms, and project management tools.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Education:Bachelor's degree in a related field (marketing, psychology, business) preferred; commensurate experience also acceptable in lieu of marketing degree.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48.85 to $51.34 an hour.
