About the Role: We're seeking a highly organized Senior Consultant to manage our email operations and serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and our email marketing team. This role combines project management expertise with email marketing operations, requiring someone who can maintain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities.Primary Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end email operations process and maintain service level agreements (SLAs)Lead intake process for new email requests and manage resource allocationCoordinate with business partners across all levels of the organizationManage project prioritization and calendar schedulingMonitor and maintain email marketing production schedulesEvaluate and manage rush requests, applying appropriate escalation protocolsMaintain and enforce email marketing standards and boundariesPartner with marketing ops team on process improvementsHandle 25-50% email execution workload while managing operational dutiesProvide strategic guidance on email operations processesInterface between business stakeholders and email marketing teamManage resource allocation and team capacity planningRequired Qualifications:Strong operations backgroundDemonstrated project management experienceExperience managing multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to maintain composure under pressureStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in email marketing operationsPreferred Qualifications:Smart Sheet experienceExperience with email marketing platformsBackground in digital marketing operationsExperience in financial services industryKey Competencies:Exceptional organizational skillsStrong process orientationAbility to remain calm and objective under pressureExecutive presenceCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsStakeholder managementClear communication styleAbility to push back professionally when neededWhat We Offer:Initial 6-month contract with strong potential for conversion to full-timeOpportunity to work with an established email marketing teamChance to shape and improve operational processesCollaborative work environmentCompetitive compensation packageProfessional development opportunitiesExposure to multiple business units and stakeholdersIdeal Candidate Profile: We're looking for someone who:Thrives in an operational roleHas a "Teflon" personality - able to handle pressure without getting stressedCan effectively manage and negotiate deadlinesKnows when to escalate issues and when to handle independentlyHas strong business judgmentCan build and maintain stakeholder relationshipsIs highly organized and process-drivenCan train and mentor team membersThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $38 to $42/HR.
