Marketing Project Manager

• This position has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors and ensuring project team milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.• Working closely with the Business Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Communications team, this role will involve managing timelines, coordinating resources, and communication to ensure seamless project delivery.• Experience with Project Management Applications like Wrike, MSProject, Monday.com, Adobe Workfront• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.• Define project scope, goals and deliverables to support business goals in collaboration with all stakeholders.• Liaise with project stakeholders on a weekly basis.• Determine and assess need for additional staff or consultants and make appropriate staffing adjustments during project cycle.• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to personnel.• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
