Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree coupled with 5+ years of experience in project management or Agile development is preferred, with an emphasis on the ability to adapt to dynamic environments and communicate complex business needs effectively.
Location: This position is hybrid, based in Leawood, KS, with remote options available within the United States.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $115,000 - $150,000.

The Sr Technical Product Owner (TPO) is the voice of the product and singular role driving business requirements into agile teams. This role is required to serve as a key conduit between business/product objectives and technical execution. The purpose of the TPO role is to enable effective and efficient execution of technical product development with a clear understanding of the desired end product to meet customer needs, based on well-defined user stories.
