About the Role

As Sales Support & Project Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of a sales operation, supporting two dynamic senior sales leaders. This role is designed for someone who is very charismatic, has a strong backbone, can handle their own in various conversations with existing customer accounts (calling to help them place a new order, etc.)

You must also be skilled at organization, communication, and project management, with a passion for helping the sales team save time and making the compayn as a whole function more effectively.

You'll be the key facilitator ensuring our sales team can focus on closing deals while you manage the critical administrative and client-facing support functions.

Responsibilities & Success Metrics

Order Processing & Client Relations

  • Process all orders within 4 business hours of receipt
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups on pending orders
  • Maintain client communication logs
  • Handle basic order negotiations within established parameters
  • Initiate and manage client reactivation campaigns


CRM Management & Data Integrity

  • Maintain complete and accurate client records in Setshape CRM
  • Process all new data entries within 24 hours
  • Generate weekly reports for sales leadership
  • Ensure 100% compliance with CRM protocols
  • Track and report on key sales metrics

Sales Team Support

  • Respond to all internal requests within 2 business hours
  • Prepare weekly status reports for leadership
  • Assist with sales team recruitment initiatives
  • Maintain organized documentation of all sales processes
  • Support team meetings and communications
  • Create and update sales support materials

Project Coordination

  • Track and manage ongoing sales projects
  • Create weekly progress reports
  • Meet all project deadlines with 100% accuracy
  • Maintain project documentation and communication
  • Coordinate cross-functional project requirements
  • Implement and maintain project management systems

Time Zone | PST
