Job Title: Credit and Collections RepresentativeJob DescriptionAs a Credit and Collections Representative, you will be responsible for applying payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies. You will also engage in regular communication with customers to manage their accounts effectively, including conducting credit reviews and processing account maintenance.Responsibilities• Apply payments and reconcile accounts.• Resolve account discrepancies and differences.• Contact customers by phone and in writing to discuss their accounts.• Prepare and distribute statements of accounts for assigned customers.• Complete credit reviews for new and existing customers.• Process all aspects of customer account maintenance.• Recommend credit limits, credit holds, and release orders as necessary.Essential Skills• 2+ years of experience in collection account management.• Strong communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Motivation and passion for completing work consistently and thoughtfully, both independently and collaboratively.• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook; bonus points for Excel).• High school diploma or equivalent.• Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.• Experience working in corporate collections.Additional Skills & Qualifications• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.Work EnvironmentThe work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, fully onsitePay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00RequirementsEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
