Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Job Description

Coordinate responses to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and facilitate delivery problem resolution. Coordinate collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data and/or information regarding delivery of spare parts, provisioning products, or related services. Enter, track, monitor, and coordinate customer material, delivery requirements, and returns for customer orders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate responses to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements.
  • Facilitate delivery problem resolution.
  • Collect and process supplier and/or customer data and/or information regarding delivery of spare parts, provisioning products, or related services.
  • Enter, track, monitor, and coordinate customer material, delivery requirements, and returns for customer orders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a related field
  • High school diploma, or equivalent

Work Environment

100% Onsite. Shift: First Shift. Start time: 7 am. End time: 4 pm. 1 hour lunch break with 15-minute breaks twice a day.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
