Augsburg University seeks a beginning Dakota language instructor, Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6:30pm-8:45pm. One course per semester. Instructor will have autonomy in designing and running the course including all pedagogical materials.

Please note that due to employment law and payroll regulations, we can only employ adjunct faculty who reside in Minnesota or Wisconsin. This restriction applies even to courses taught online.
BA in relevant field plus significant experience teaching Dakota, preferably at the college level. MA preferred. Candidates must submit a CV, a letter of interest, and arrange for two references that address the candidate's teaching ability to be forwarded under separate cover.
