ATL Marketing Manager (f/m/x)

Company Description

We are looking for a performance marketing manager who is highly analytical and expanding their scope beyond offline marketing channels like Radio, OOH, to online video including YouTube. In this position you'll have a pivotal role in shaping our brand advertising strategy for our retail brand, Autohero, as it enters an exciting new phase of its growth. You will take charge of both traditional offline marketing channels like OOH, Radio and online video activities like YouTube. Join our highly skilled in-house team, where we efficiently acquire customers through impactful brand marketing.

Job Description

- Plan and set up performance-driven campaigns for our retail brand Autohero across OOH, Radio and other mass marketing channels such as YouTube.
- Contribute to developing and rolling out new methods of measurement and attribution for offline and online measurement.
- Perform data-driven analysis to uncover improvement and growth potentials by connecting campaign KPIs with core business data using our industry-leading tools.
- Manage budget allocation towards different brand marketing channels proactively to compose an efficient channel mix that acquires high quality customers efficiently.
- Develop data-based business cases for brand growth opportunities and establish strong relationships with media partners in the industry.
- Collaborate with our creation and production department to support the creative development process based on data-driven insights
- Drive growth by identifying, testing and scaling additional offline and online channels

Qualifications

- 3+ Years experience in managing and expanding online or offline marketing, with a proven track record in delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for tackling analytical challenges by delving into large datasets using tools like Excel, SQL
- Attention to detail and a structured mindset, enabling you to manage multiple aspects of campaigns and projects effectively.
- High motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment and continuously challenge the status quo in the field of performance marketing.
- Excellent communication skills (our business language is primarily English)
- Fluency in English is a necessity, one other European language is a plus
