The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Bilingual Learning & Development Specialist to join the Business Management team.
Reporting to the Director, Training & Development, the Bilingual Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of learning initiatives for the Service, Operations, Compliance and Onboarding (“SOCON”) teams.

You will be responsible for helping employees cultivate their skills and expand their knowledge in areas such as customer service, operational procedures, and internal systems. Salary
This position is posted with an expected salary range of $77,000 - $95,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
