At OES, we’re excited to welcome a new Student Engagement Advisor - Casual to our dynamic team! We are committed to enhancing lives through education, and as a Student Engagement Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in helping students navigate their educational journeys. Your primary responsibility will involve providing exceptional customer service over the phone, understanding the unique motivations and needs of each student, and tailoring course options that align with their career aspirations. It’s not just about answering questions; it’s about creating engaging learning experiences that empower students to succeed. You'll also need to have a solid understanding of our diverse product suite, as you’ll be a knowledgeable guide for students on various topics including career pathways and enrollment processes. With an eye for detail, you’ll work with our student CRM to manage leads and enrollments efficiently. In this role, you’ll directly contribute to improving the student experience by providing valuable insights based on your interactions. We’re seeking someone with prior experience in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for education.
