To support the newly formed People Operations function; ensuring tracking and recording of each stage of the employee journey and developing our process flow management for user experience and business efficiency. You can build on your existing journey of administering and developing data flows in Bob, as a HRIS and grow your knowledge through working with an experienced People Ops Leader.
At this stage of AVK’s growth, this role offers the opportunity to transform our data focus, consolidating our storage to a single source of truth and drive great data management and employee journey experience through our HRIS= Bob.

As a People Operations Coordinator at AVK, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the employee journey across our innovative company, known for leading the charge in power solutions for data centers and the financial sector. Your responsibilities will revolve around Employee Lifecycle Management, ensuring our onboarding processes are seamless and efficient. The role also involves data management, where you'll work on consolidating employee information into Bob and generate insightful reports for the People Team. With your expertise, you’ll ensure we transform our data management and improve how our employees navigate their experiences. Events Coordination is another exciting aspect, as you’ll assist in organizing a variety of team activities that strengthen our company culture.
