Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales efforts in India within the Edge AI space. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Indian market, managing key customer relationships, and establishing strategic partnerships. This role requires a solid understanding of Edge AI technologies, particularly in the context of computer vision, and demands strong leadership, communication, and sales skills. You will be instrumental in growing revenue, achieving sales targets, and advancing our business in India.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy for India: Design and implement a region-specific sales strategy focused on growth, market penetration, and strengthening our presence within the Edge AI industry in India.

  • Manage Key Accounts and Customer Success: Build and maintain relationships with major customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing customized solutions to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Identify and Develop Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with strategic partners to drive joint initiatives, expand market reach, and align with our business objectives in India.

  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by managing the sales pipeline, accurately forecasting, and executing strategies to maximize revenue growth in a competitive environment.

  • Leverage Technical Expertise in Sales: Use in-depth technical knowledge of Edge AI and computer vision applications to clearly articulate the value of our solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product positioning, customer feedback, and strategic goals.

  • Regional Travel for Client Engagements: Travel throughout India to meet with potential and existing customers, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts, ensuring a strong understanding of the local market dynamics.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the growth of our Edge AI business in India while driving strategic customer engagement and partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and/or business development, with a focus on deep technical knowledge in Edge AI and computer vision applications.

  • Proven track record in delivering results and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong technical knowledge of Edge AI and computer vision, with an understanding of various use cases and verticals within the Indian market.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Willingness to travel within India for client meetings and events.

Location

This is a remote position, based within or in close distance from the Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai or Pune hubs due to the proximity to our clients.
