About the Job
The Operations and Administrative Associate plays a key role in the support and coordination of day-to-day operations. Under the supervision of the Head of Operations, the Associate will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and strategic process support to the Babylon Team. We’re looking for someone hungry to help a start-up grow. You will have a huge amount of autonomy and be working closely with the Head of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Triages and prioritize asks from the operations team and the broader team; exercising strong judgment and discretion with highly confidential information.
Event planning: assist with the scheduling and coordinating the logistics for speaking engagements, conferences or other special events.
Able to quickly build trust and rapport with the Head of Operations and their immediate team, and can influence and push back when necessary.
Main point of contact for operational & administrative inquiries and issues from Babylon team members.
Communicate changes, updates and progress to relevant internal team members.
Facilitate the flow of information between operations and other teams, ensuring all internal stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Manage ad-hoc administrative requests from the team, providing problem-solving and project management expertise.
Assist with shared service elements related to operations and human resources.
Support internal processes such as reviews, culture surveys, onboarding etc.

Stellar Communication - You’ll be in constant communication with our Head of Operations and the entire Babylon team as a whole. Giving the Babylon team a great experience is ultra important. High quality written and verbal communication is absolutely key to success.
Other Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, customer service or an administrative support role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Positive Attitude
Self Starter but knows when asking questions is needed.
Feels that no task is "too menial".
Advanced organisational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex situations.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace, and communication tools (Slack, Zoom).
