Join us!Job Responsibilities:Responsible for automating reports from data acquisition through report development and delivery. Can also be responsible for complex components of large reporting platforms. Frequent client engagement with peers and managers is required as part of day to day work. Participates in client meetings to understand needs and occasionally is asked to contribute specialized knowledge. Little to no direct associate management. Proficient at tools and process used to automate reports end to end. Seen as having good working experience, knows data and business well. Good understanding of data gathering tools, proficient with business intelligence reporting tools such as Alteryx and Tableau. Handles multiple priorities at once and possesses strong communication skills. Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and consistently shows initiative.Required Qualifications:• Must have at least 1+ Years work experience with Systems Functional Analysis, Technology Business Analysis, and a basic understanding of the different technical platforms, databases, and related technologies.• Must have the ability to translate high level Business Requirements into technical data requirements.• Ability to write and read SQL.• Familiar with Alteryx or another ETL platform.• Familiarity with Tableau or another BI visualization platform.• High aptitude for self-motivation and self-determined project work• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentations)• Strong attention to detail and due diligenceSkills:• Automation• Data Mining• Data Visualization• Reporting• Attention to Detail• Agile Practices• DevOps Practices• Production Support• Data Quality Management• Technical Documentation• Quality Assurance• Business Process Analysis• Continuous Improvement• Business Acumen• Innovative ThinkingShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40
