Job Summary of Branch Operations Manager:A Branch Operations Manager at Banner Bank is responsible for providing backup assistance and coverage as a teller or banker across several retail branches within a designated geographic area. Your mission is to ensure that every client has a positive and memorable interaction with the Bank while processing their transactions accurately and quickly. You will be expected to suggest and promote bank products and services that could assist clients in achieving their financial goals. This role requires you to travel between branches daily.Qualification of Branch Operations Manager:Ongoing professional development is also important in the banking industry. More experienced bankers may be expected to attend training sessions and seminars on a regular basis to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices:• A year or more of experience as a teller, with proven expertise in sales and goal attainment, is a mandatory requirement for this position• Skilled at prioritizing and arranging tasks, activated with introductory abilities in problem solving, negotiation, and quantitative analysis• Developing strong communication skills, including phone and email etiquette, can greatly enhance one's professional image and effectiveness in their role• Exceptional customer service skills combined with excellent interpersonal aptitude; proficient in building and sustaining productive relationships with customersRequirement of Branch Operations Manager:• Complete an uncomplicated form and respond to several uncomplicated questions• Take a rapid survey to give us an idea of how you approach tasks• Arrange a phone interview with the recruitment or hiring staff for the first level of review• Conduct an on-location interview with the team leader and other key members of the team• Secure an opportunity that is appropriate for your experience level and Banner's industry• Build a Solid Foundation for Your Career by Starting with a Background CheckBenefits of Branch Operations Manager:• Employees in this role may earn an hourly rate of $18.00 to $19.00 based on their experience, and a $1.50 premium on top of their base pay can also be added• Incentive potential• Employees are entitled to an all-encompassing suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, short-term disability and life• Vacation paid time off, sick days paid time off, and 11 company-paid holidays are all components of the employment benefits package presented by the company• By enrolling in the 401k retirement savings plan, employees can secure their financial future, with the employer matching contributions of up to 4%• The company offers a tuition reimbursement program that can help eligible employees receive up to $5,250 per year towards education expenses.
