Find out why this is the best place to be your best!Description:In collaboration and under the direction of the Patient Care Supervisor plans, oversees and directs patient care for assigned unit/s assuring standards of quality, service and safety are met within the philosophy and objectives of BHSF. Acts as the day to day manager for assigned unit/s and directly supervises the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective clinical operations and/or outcomes. Knowledgeable of hospital policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and patient care standards. Communicates clearly (verbal and written) and performs basic computer skills within the patient information system. With Nurse Manager oversight assists, leads and/or provides input into performance improvement processes. Estimated salary range for this position is $45.34-$58.94 hourly depending on experience.Qualifications:Degrees: BachelorsLicenses & Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Basic Life Support Neonatal Resuscitation Program Pediatric Advanced Life Support Registered NurseAdditional Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing - BSN. MSN preferred. Clinical experience in an acute care setting. 2 years leadership experience preferred. Certification in area of specialty or nursing leadership within 2 years of signing, promotion or hire. Certification in area of practice preferred (i.e. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation Program etc.)Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years
