When it comes to caring for people, we’re all in.Description:The Lead Enterprise Security Engineer plan, implement, manage, monitor and enhance the utilization of best in class security tools and controls that protect Baptist Health patients, employees, data and assets. Ensure technology solutions are well vetted from a security best practice, per Baptist Health standards and applicable frameworks. Provide application and interface support, troubleshoot and work with appropriate technical resources to resolve issues. Respond to all system and/or network security breaches. Remediate and coordinate remediation of identified network and system vulnerabilities. Ensure that the organization‘s data and infrastructure are kept safe by enabling the appropriate security controls and measures. Develop and implement operational workflows and processes that enhance the efficiency of operations. Anticipate future technology and business needs to evaluate and propose proactive solutions that allow Baptist Health infrastructure and data to be kept safe. Report and communicate with relevant client departments, other technical resources and vendors. Rotational on call, 24X7 duties may be required. Estimated salary range for this position is $117150.22 - $152295.29 / year depending on experience.Qualifications:Degrees:• Bachelors.Additional Qualifications:• 7+ year experience in implementing and supporting security tools, policies and procedures for enterprise level computing and network environments.• Extensive knowledge of Linux, Mac and Microsoft OS, mobile device and app management controls, endpoint protection, network topologies and controls, scripting, authentication protocols, database systems, application security, vulnerability remediation and data loss prevention.• Extensive experience supporting enterprise level applications, advising individuals with varied technical, business & operational backgrounds.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Self-motivated with ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly.• Must possess a balance of technical acumen, analytical and troubleshooting skills.• Driven to deliver results and provide excellent support.• Prefer experience with IoT/IoMT security concepts, data loss prevention, O365 security, SIEM, physical security and privacy controls, risk management.• Desirable certifications: Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) or Healthcare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner (HCISSP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).EOE, including disability/vets
