In this role, you'll be part of our global Customer Retention & Growth Team, working to secure and expand recurring revenue by managing renewals and exploring expansion opportunities within our existing customer base. You'll thrive in our fast-paced, customer-centric environment, where being self-motivated and proactive is key. Your responsibilities include effectively navigating our internal processes while showcasing your excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. If you hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, and have 1-2 years of experience in a software or technology company, we want to hear from you!
